Our Event Session Fee is $150 for up to 2 hours of photography. Included with the session fee is an online viewing gallery and ten high-resolution digital image downloads. You'll be able to easily mark your favorites and download your ten images. Want to download more photos? No problem!! We offer additional downloads at $10 each, or you can download the full gallery for $375. We've tried to make it as simple as possible for you to get your photos to remember your event!

If your event is outdoors and rain is in the forecast, don't worry! Your team of vendors will work to make sure your event is still a success. We bring our professional lighting gear to every event. However, we know that most people don't enjoy bright flashes at their events. With our mirrorless & DSLR Nikon cameras plus use of prime lenses, we're able to capture stunning photos even in the most challenging lighting conditions.
What do we do if it rains?

The sooner the better! Our weekends tend to fill up pretty quickly - especially during the spring and fall, so the sooner you reach out to us, the more likely you are to get your desired date!
To reserve your date, we'll need a contract as well as a deposit. And if something comes up and you need to change your date, just let us know as far in advance as possible!
How far in advance should we book?

If picking out outfits for photos takes you back to your high school days when you literally tried on everything in your closet and piled it on your bed but still felt like you had nothing to wear, you're in luck. We would be glad to consult you on outfits. Just give us a call or text us and we will help you look your best! We'd love to give you examples of other events we have photographed. Just ask us & we'll be in touch!!
What should we wear?

We pride ourselves in our event professionalism. Sometimes we'll need to be in the action to get the best photograph, but we always put the customer experience first. Sometimes you'll see us photographing and other times you'll barely notice we are there. With 15 years of photography experience each, we've done our fair share of events and know when to get in there and capture the moments and when to step back and allow the guests to be fully present in the moment. You can rest assured that we'll do what's best and appropriate in the moment!
Will you be "in our face" or "in the background"?

Within a few weeks of your session, you'll receive a link to a digital gallery that will allow you to download the 10 high resolution images that are included with your package. The gallery is also set up to make ordering more digital downloads, prints, canvases and other keepsakes as easy as asking Alexa to play some music. No worrying about tricky things like color correction, DPI and image format. We've got you covered on every front!
